A few days after making online purchase I called seller to find out shipping status. I was told item was back-ordered due to sales rights dispute with MLB. Sales rep apparently tried to find product elsewhere and offered me substitute product for additional money to be sent through payment app other than original method (Paypal). I declined alternate product and requested refund if he could not deliver what I paid for. Sales rep became silent and did not respond after I warned about contacting Paypal and my bank about withholding purchase money for this bogus purchase. Thankfully Paypal credited my account, and hopefully this so-called business doesn't get any money!
