I attempted to purchase a lawn mower for $999.00. The payment went through and they still have my money. The lawn mower was to arrive at first in 1 to 4 days and then 10 to 15, and now it is still 3 months later and I have requested a refund but still receive no refund.

Mower ordered 8 June 2026. (Apparently bogus) "DirectionPrime" shipping company sends an email containing a tracking number and link to tracking information on 9 June 2026. Delivery date estimate slips multiple times in two or three day increments. Phone calls yield disconnected or out-of-service numbers. Emails go unanswered.

Went to website looking for a shed Badudi.com and looked up some reviews I should’ve seen the red flags but the item was cheaper than stores so I ordered it with my credit card got the run around now it’s been 1 month and the phone number is disconnected
