The order form had the option to order just once or sign up for their monthly delivery. I had selected purchase one bag of dog food only. Needed to see if my dogs would eat it. I received the bag and all was fine for a month or so then my card was debited again by Badlands Ranch and I never received anything, not that I even wanted it my dogs wouldn't eat the food. But I was still charged for something. Tried calling CS but to no avail, very rude.

I cancelled my subscription a year ago and received an order shipped to my address this month out of the blue. I am attempting to get the payment refunded to me but I am still having to box up the shipment and send it back and pay for the shipping. I am on a limited budget with social security and I attempted to discuss this problem nicely, I was treated as if I was a liar about cancelling it permanently and was treated and spoke to very rudely, and then hung up on. I tried to go beyond the customer service department to complain but I can't get past their same customer service department.
