I cancelled my subscription a year ago and received an order shipped to my address this month out of the blue. I am attempting to get the payment refunded to me but I am still having to box up the shipment and send it back and pay for the shipping. I am on a limited budget with social security and I attempted to discuss this problem nicely, I was treated as if I was a liar about cancelling it permanently and was treated and spoke to very rudely, and then hung up on. I tried to go beyond the customer service department to complain but I can't get past their same customer service department.
