I received several phone calls from a Robo-caller identifying himself as Kevin Mason. He says that I need to either talk to an attorney or face further action by the US Treasury Dept. and face a magistrate judge. He gives his number as 253-205-8865 and it comes on my caller ID as such with the name Backbone Commun.

I don't owe anything and have always been current on all transactions, so I know this is fraudulent however others may believe the caller and give confidential information away.
