The store needs to be shut down, it's a scam. I placed an order on April 28th. Today is May 23rd, and the order still hasn't been fulfilled. They website states it take 3 weeks to ship custom made items. There were 4 items in the order, 1 custom made. I asked that they ship the ones that are available and charge me extra for shipping when the custom order is available. No response. Today I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. They said they couldn't do that either. Their website has 5 stars, but that's a lie. I started looking into other people's complaints, and there are plenty of them. The company needs to be investigated and shut down, probably illegal to begin with.
