Everything seemed legit. They're even listed on the north carolina's secretary of state website. Sent almost 13k, received nothing, now won't return email, etc.. filed a complaint with NC attorney general.

Paid thousands of dollars for a tractor that never arrived. First they said they would refund money. They they forgot who I was and said the tractor would be late arriving. Do not even think about dealing with bctractors.com and transport. Just a ghost company. Phone number changes every couple of weeks looks to be prepaid no name associated with number. Check there google maps location old pig farm.

Contacted B&C Tractor and Transport Services Inc in regards to purchasing a tractor from their website. Upon trying to talk with them through email I asked if they could contact me by phone, I was told they were short staffed due to covid and could ONLY converse through email. I asked many questions and was given vague answers or no answers. I did sign a contract with them and sent my Drivers License, but then become more skeptical as they were wanting to have the money on hand and act as the third party for holding the money. This company is suppose to be a third party selling farm machinery that has been repocessed through banks. I have contacted first ScamPulse.com and they have received no complaints as of that time. I then contacted Chamber of Commerce is Rowan County as well as a couple of other Chambers in North Carolina. I was told that they were not affiliates and there was no one who had ever heard of the company. I did contact the company back to see if it were possible for me to pick up and pay there at that facility but at this time have not had a reply. I also did a reverse look up on pictures of the staff and found the person Scott Wilkins their Sales Manager was also reported to be Michael Ortega, CEO of Ortega Construction Company, I also did write that company to let him know that his picture was being used for this company. The reviews used on B&C Tractors website gave names and cities of happy customers, all of the cities listed could not be found. I did contact them and ask why this was so and the emailed answer was that they were aware of the problem and their IT would take care of it. I do (after 3 days of research) feel this company is a fraud and needs to be investigated furthur.
