Answered a phone call from an Hispanic man stating Citibank delinquent accounts is going to sue me for my property/assets. I told him I don’t have a Citibank card, then he put me on hold and came back and verified my full social security number and began stating my address and accounts I have currently. I asked him how does he have this information, he said from a liability report. I was then very upset and told him I needed to speak about this to my lawyer, and he then said guess we will see you in court.

I looked all this information up and found it was a scam. I am most importantly worried that my social is out there and he has it! Along with my full name, dob, and address. I don’t have a copy of this as it was a phone call however I do have a voicemail from another person in this company who called.
