I recently went through a loss in a scam almost identical to this one so I am reporting everyone that comes to me. A temporary recruiter named, Samantha *****, reached out to me about a job position for the company Avantium. I showed fake interest to get the name and number for the next step of the scam process - Mario ******* ***** ********. Do not follow through with any employement opportunities via text as they lead to a fake interview process via WhatsApp or a similar app. They will send fake checks to have you send your hard earned money to criminals.

Omg this happened to me. I should have known it was a scam when they were asking for equipment. Supposedly they paid off my credit card with an account that has NSF and now my account is restricted and I can't get it unrestricted until I send the credit card company a copy of the bank statements of course they refusing to send it to me now I will have to close my account completely.
