I had a terrible experience with EZ Glass Company. They never showed up for our scheduled appointment, which was incredibly frustrating. When I called to follow up, I was told they could reschedule for the next day, but then they switched it to a completely different day altogether. This was unacceptable, especially since my daughter was stuck 9 hours from home waiting on their service. We ended up having to go with another company at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend EZ Glass to anyone looking for reliable service!

Payment was paid in full for a cracked windshield to be replaced on my car , the service was supposed to be done yesterday 4/10/2024 , nobody from the business came to provide the service, no contact was made by the business saying that they would not be out , i was not able to reach anyone from the business until 2 1/2 hours after the 3 hour window the business gave me for the service, when i was able to contact someone, i was told that they were sorry about the missed appointment and rescheduled the appointment for today 4/11/2024 between 8 and 10am and as i am writing this at 1pm there has been no contact from the business, the service has still not been received and when i call the business nobody answers and the voice mail box is full and i can not leave a message
