I have been doing research on Amazon automation services, which promise to run an online store on your behalf with advertised returns of up to six figures in less than one year. After researching various companies, I came across Automation Actual, am e-commerce store which specifically caters to veterans. Being a veteran myself, I decided to contact the company to see what services and returns I can realistically expect. I spoke with an individual named Pierre Marthe, and after briefly and unprofessionally explaining the service he was extremely interested in how much money I had to immediately invest; he made the claim that most customers make an initial investment of $35-$40,000. He also inquired about my current credit score, assets, monthly take home income, family members, marital status, current debt obligations, age, and other sources of income. Needless to say, I was extremely skeptical of what was being offered and declined to invest with this company; I had a gut feeling that this service is fraudulent and it would be a losing investment at my expense.

Even though I did not lose any money, I strongly believe this company is taking advantage of other consumers, specifically younger service members and veterans who are easily swayed by aggressive marketing through social media. In my opinion this is an operation worth investigating due to the substantial up- front investment they require, which many times can be someone's entire life savings.

I did invest 20,000 with Automation Actual promising me passive income.
They took the money and took forever to start a store, which only ran for one month, and now its locked by Amazon and they cannot get it going again. I invested in Dec 2021, they opened my store in Amazon, it ran for 3 to 4 weeks then it was locked by Amazon. They have been supposedly trying to get it back open for a year now with no results. Then they wanted me to have another family member start up a new store and forget the one I paid to get an LLC for since they cant get it unlocked. I have paid so much money and I am heartbroken someone can take your hard earned money and care so little.
They do not keep in contact with me on a regular basis and I have to keep calling or texting to get any, if at all ,information. Can you direct me how to take legal action?

Yah this smells of a scam, only came here to see if anyone had any experience. It's unfortunate that financial products often aimed at veterans turn out to be scams or just shady high risk investments at best. I'm always curious why Amazon and Walmart dropshipping schemes are advertised as "so passive and so profitable" yet are being peddled to complete strangers out of the goodness of someone's heart. It begs the question, if it's so passive and hands off, why would I ever cut someone else in, especially a stranger, I would keep all that business for myself instead...
