Advertised an automated litter box. Product was never delivered. Tracking number showed delivered, photo was not at my address or in the city I actually live in. Email was sent back as undeliverable.

I purchased 2 self cleaning cat litterbox (buy one get one free) and a supply of bags from Auto Kitty. It was tracked up to delivery. I received a picture of delivery as well. But it was not my house nor was it my city where I live. The same happened with the package of bags. Picture and a different city other than mine or last package. I called Fed Ex since it was within thirty minutes of "delivery" I gave them tracking number and they told me that the name and the address on label did not match mine and nothing could be done through them. I went back to the refund policy and if I understand it right there is no chance of refund either. They have no real means of contact either. Autokitty is a scam!!
