On July 21 I put an order for Aura tanning. It was advertised that it was especially made for older women. I was sent tracking info that said it was in transit. I have communicated with them several times about my order. They charged my credit card immediately. They were always very prompt about answering my questions about my order. They always said it was still in transit. I finally told them I wanted to cancel my order and to reimburse my credit card. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was still in transit.
