Mechanic took deposit for parts, didn't show up, and kept $100

atyourservicemobileautoandtruckrepair Jesse from Atyourservicemobileautorepair.com, This dishonest person, came to my house to give my daughter a quote to fix her Rav, he didnt want to charge her the $90 for the trip charge just told her it would cost $420 to change out 4 motor mounts and so we gave him $170 cash for parts in Good faith, he would not update us, I had to call after waiting 8 days, he said he text us sunday night( bull[censored])to say he got the parts and could do it weds morning as he was so busy, I asked to let me know if he cant make it, wedns..he never called , never showed up but had the nerve to get an attitude when I text him for an update, took him all day to finally respond, Said he was very busy and he didnt want to be stressing that he had Patient clients waiting on him and he wouldnt be fixing the Rav and would give us a refund, he said sorry for the inconvenience. Took him 3 more days, gave us back only $70 ..vasically keeping the $100 for no reason but then said he had told my daughter he would get the trip charge kater which was a total lie, we gad the trip charge in our hand when he came to diagnose the car,He refused to charge my daughter due to her being on disability, then said that we are lying and he never said that . I demanded the rest back several times and several days, i have text to prove all this happened and dates.he Will not answer calls or text for the rest, decided to keep our money for no reason.. . He has scammed others as well went to his website and sure enough , he oulled thevsame thing on others Nevermind the good reviews, this guy is unreliable, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Do not use him !! If you want updates or a time set, he will not provide it and take your money and run.
