I originally purchased a bathing suit for my daughter from the website Attracosports.com. Before making the purchase I reviewed the company's Return/Refund policy. The bathing suit arrived but was too large. I followed the website's directions and started the return/refund process. I sent the bathing suit back by UPS and used the address that was provided to me in an email from the company's customer service. I also sent them an email with the tracking number, which the company asked for. The bathing suit returned to the address that Attraco had sent me. But when I asked for a refund they told me their funds were frozen and that they could not refund to my original means of payment, my credit card. They asked me for a Paypal account in a follow-up email. I told them I do not have a Paypal account and either want the refund returned to my credit card or a check sent to me for the refund amount. They then offered me a free bathing suit in place of a refund. I refused the bathing suit offered and again asked for the refund, which is stated in their return/refund policy online. They have been dragging out the process and to this day I have no bathing suit or refund. I am out of $42 for the bathing suit, and another $14 for the UPS charge to return it. I have since contacted my credit card company and opened a dispute. So, beware of Attracosports.com company. They do not honor and uphold their Return/Refund policy. The website phone number does not work, and the email conversations lead me to believe this is not a legitimate business.

I found this online, bathing suit company on Google search. It seemed legitimate. However, when I received the shipment, there were no tags on the suits and no invoice. When I went onto the website, it couldn't find my email account that I had created to purchase the order. When I reached out to Customer Service, there was a delayed response, only urging that I exchange the items and not return them. I was also told that I would have to pay my own return shipping which I said I was fine with. After a few more days, they asked what items I wanted to return, and then they would explain the return process to me. There is no invoice for the items and there's no way I can check to see what the item numbers are because my receipt cannot even be found. This is a scam operation. I want my refund I do not want the bathing suits, they are cheaply made. They obviously do not want to refund me at all and on the website it claims there is an easy return process. my receipt cannot even be found. This is a scam operation. This is a scam and fake business. Buyers beware!. I am filing a complaint of fraud with my credit card company as well.
