I ordered a dress for a wedding and it arrived after the wedding. I looked up the refund/return policy and it stated I had 14 days after receiving the item. It came 8/4 and I emailed them the first time on 8/10. I received no response. I emailed them again on 8/12, with no response. I also sent them 2 private messages through Facebook messenger, with No response. Now it has been more than 14 days so I will not be able to return it. So beware, they do not respond to emails, or messages. And of course no phone number is listed on the web site.
