The collected $100 for assignment help then blocked my number after I paid

I contacted them for help with my coursework assignment. They told me to pay $300. $100 advance and $200 after completion. As soon as I paid them they blocked my number. I have the Id card of the man who I sent the money to via western union

I paid 30$ to get help reviewing the nursing care plan, they said I will be receiving the care plan in 24 hours, I waited for 7 days and yet there is no response and they have not refunded the amount after repeated emails and messages.

This website seems to be fraudulent where they take money for a service but do not honor the same.
