I received an email from what appeared to be AAA. I have AAA auto roadside, and I had recently looked at their website for luggage suggestions. This email told me that I would "win" a deluxe roadside emergency kit if I answered a few questions. They were common sense things that would be about the items wanted in an emergency kit, and I "won" but would have to pay Shipping and Handling, and taxes. Since Oregon doesn't have taxes, I was told I would be charged less than $12. I paid by Credit Card, not thinking it was a scam. When I later wondered if this had been a fake "scam" offer, I checked my Credit Card/bank information, and realized they were NOT AAA but something called "KETO". I called my bank and cancelled my card, but I needed to wait to dispute the charge until it cleared. It has cleared, but today the "merchant" on the charge is "SUNSHINE PHOTO INNOVATION" and I have given you all the information which was on my Bank account charges. I do not know if they exist. I have emailed them but it was never answered. I hesitate to call them, because it could be a way to get more of my money? I reported this to the Federal Government scam website. I am unsure how to dispute this charge because they clearly are a scam, and I don't want anymore to do with them. I will have a new card so they cannot use my old card again.

They are SCAMMERS! Call your bank and dispute the charges. Have the bank charge the scammers - reverse fund the charge!
