Hello, I found this company on Instagram and at first glance, they have a lot of followers, good advertising and seem to be a legitimate company- however, after placing my order (it’s now been over a month) it appears they have not sent out the items. When I took a closer look many people online were complaining of the same issue!! They offered a refund however have kept my money for however long and I don’t think had any intention of shipping the items out. I don’t understand how this company can do this to so many people?? I dont see anyone on there who comments that they received their product. Can you please look into them? I tried to contact them and searched everywhere. There is no physical address, no phone number? I also saw that they used to sell t-shirts a long time ago and people reported never receiving those either. I’m nervous because I gave them so much personal information like my card and address. Please look into them. Thank you.
