Awful customer service

I ordered a wall clock and realized I ordered a wrong color. I immediately canceled it in a few minutes after placing the order. Called them and left a voicemail, emailed them several times to cancel but no response from them. Two days later I found they have shipped the order.

They are not as honest business as I thought they were

I was happy with my first order and their communication thorough the process. But when I needed to return the 2nd order, they stopped replying my repeated emails asking for the return process and address. They phone number sounded like a personal number with the greeter not specifying this is Ashley's Deco business. It smells like they did this on purpose to lead people to think this is the wrong number. I would not recommend them and I will pull down my old good review( 1st order)

It came up for me as “Stephanie’s deco”. I was about to finalize my purchase when I noticed in the fine print that prices are in Euros! Yet the website said it was Canadian dollars. No one at Stephanie’s or Ashley’s etc answered my e-mail query about that. Seems very shady. I did not complete the purchase.

I bought a wall clock from and it’s made of a cheap quality. Their customer service is as bad as their product. It’s not a US company and product comes from France. Be aware , it’s a scam!

Type of a scam: Online Purchase

I wanted to buy a modern wall clock from this company as a present for a friend. I went through the steps to check out and noticed that the steps seemed a little odd - a custom wall clock that will be ready and shipped within 10 days? But I went ahead - until my debit card declined the purchase, stating "my bank does not support this type of purchase". I looked into the website - they were using a secure site and they had a valid certificate from Lets Encrypt Authority x3 valid until next year. I googled the phone number and noticed it came up with a site called stephanie's deco. I clicked on it and it has the exact same products and same wording on the website, but claimed it was from Canada - even though the phone numbers were the same. This site had a link to a facebook profile, which I checked out and thought maybe it was legit. Until I discovered that they were claiming everything is made in France and deliverable within 10 days. I then decided to do a reverse google search on the clock that I was interested in - and up came almost 10 sites - Amy's deco (servicing the UK); Colorful deco (servicing the UK); Deco Julie (servicing the French Canadians); Karina's Deco (servicing Denmark); Amanda's deco (servicing Ireland); etc. All the sites are identical - logos, products, prices, coupons, videos; wording; etc. Additionally, most of these sites have Facebook pages - all of which post the same material around the same time of day. I think this is a scam. I did not end up purchasing the clock, but thought it would be useful to report it.
