I purchased an item in May 2024 and it said in the item description that it would ship in July - it never shipped and the seller did not respond to numerous contacts via their website contact form. The seller reached out directly to another person via an Gmail account once in 2025 with some excuse about moving and would get my order out soon (I was cc’d on the email) but then never responded ever again. I’ve tried contacting via their Instagram account which they promote the website on. It’s too late to file a chargeback. I know of at least four others who have not received their lyric painting. Our money was just stolen.
