We saw a charge on our visa credit card bill. The first number gave a recording and no way to talk to anyone. It talked about a free device to wear around your neck in case of a fall. When I called the ltd perks number, (888-873-4894) (the woman said they would remove the charge, and sent me an email. It is supposed to take 3-5 days to get removed from our credit card. How did the first place get our credit card number? Do we need to cancel our card?
