Hired designer Kara Williams for furniture but lost $10,559.60

I hired Kara Williams to design a guest room and recommend furniture and art. She told me that she would have to pay for the merchandise in order to utilize her design discount and that I could Venmo her the money to cover the cost. She then told us the furniture was delayed over and over again, and eventually she recommended that we order different furniture because of the long delay in the original order. She said she would get a refund from the original company and then buy a new set that would be delivered sooner. She told us the difference in price would be another $1500 from what we originally paid. She also added design fees and delivery fees. In total I sent her $10,559.60 through Venmo. I have emails and text screenshots to confirm the details of the scam.
