If his lips are moving he is lying. Claims to need money for his kids but his kids don't have any contact with him. Son is not in jail and does not need bail money. Has no valid drivers license. Has no contact with any family members. Do not loan money for any reason. Has a criminal record and many civil cases.

There is an Arthur DeLissio living at 3939 N. Pershing Ave. Apt 69,and is the manager for the complex. People suspect he is involved in recent mail thefts on such property. He tells tenants that he carries a concealed weapons permit,and will use it. He also tells people that he loves to buy storage unit in Sacramento.He also buys and resells cars.

Scammer claims he can get you the goods you need and takes your money and never comes back. Into storage auctions currently. Ripped me off for over $600.00. Do not trust!!
