A person will call our McDonald's in the evening and ask who is speaking. Once they have been told the name of the person they tell them they are the stores toner supplier and they are going to ship them more toner. (they are not our supplier and more times then not ship toner that does not even work with our printer) They ship one random toner to the store then send our company a very over priced invoice for that toner. I offered to ship the toner back to them if they sent me return label and they refused.
