Ordered an item at the beginning of December 2025 from their website, Aromacake.com, and received an email saying it was shipped but it never arrived! I have attempted to reach out to the customer service at [email protected] and they don’t respond. I sent approximately 7 emails and still haven’t received any response. I lost $98.
