I have ordered 3 years of subscription for a total amount of USD 4,000 + payable in 1 year. I am suppose to receive 3 bottles every 3 months. The first delivery I had so much problem but later it got resolved. I gave them a chance. Now the second delivery was suppose to happen first part of June and I never received the 3 bottles of oil. I have sent several emails so it is documented but they only replied once and that was early last month and said that they will send the 3 bottles of oil but after that no more reply, no fedex tracking. I had enough aggravation from this company. I do not want to go through with this problem for the next 3 years. I have ready so many bad reviews later and wish I had never signed up. I just want to cancel my subscription immediately as I cannot afford to be paying USD 342 per month and I do not get the oils when they are suppose to arrive and they do not reply. Thank you for your help
