First I got a call from Docuprocess out of Atlanta 470-964-5625 they gave me a case number that I had to call for a mediator. Arnett Ashworth. The information they had was weird but not implausible. It was, like the previous complaint about a loan in 2012. I panicked because they threatened my bank accounts and other assets. After I paid up I started researching.
