Ordered 4 suction cup hooks for bathroom/shower use (towels/lofah/etc). The 4 hooks that arrived did not have suction cups, but rather screws to bolt into the walls. I contacted the company by e-mail (only method available as no # is listed on website) to request an exchange for the proper suction cup hooks (no screws) and received a response a few days later asking if I would be ok if they refunded me 50% of the cost & to keep the items as shipping would be costly & my responsibility. I responded that I preferred to ship the items back to them & receive an exchange for the proper items and asked them to provide next steps to rectify the situation. I have not gotten any feedback since and have reached out several times. Their failure to rectify this issue & non responsiveness to my request for an exchange after several attempts to connect with them is bad business practices, and I am now out the cost of items that I can't use.
