I purchased their "lock decoder" because I am a paramedic and I thought it would be helpful for when I show up to a locked residence when a patient has fallen. After receiving this lock decoder in the mail, I found that it is not compatible with ANY of the major locks used in the United States. I tried returning the item and quoted their "we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee" taken straight from their website. They refused to process the return and offered me $3 for my frustration. After several weeks of going back and forth, they increased that amount to $9. I just want my money back.

bought pot stirs 12/15/23 after 2 months I started to reply to their support they said on it'sway, this went on for 6 weeks contacted support again, only this this they wanted additional $27 dollars to recoup their losses.( I paid for it) I refused, their shipping company supposedly lost it. So if I don't pay more there's nothing they can do and then cut off communications I see others have had similar problems

On January 27, 2024 I purchased an online offer by ARHDCOMPLY.COM for Headlight Glasses with Glare Cut Technology for $20.26. I was given an order number. The glasses did not arrive in a month. I reached out to ARHD but there was not a customer service number to call. I e-mailed them but their customer service responses did not present any guarantee of delivery, updates or glasses. I received my credit card statement and the amount charged increased to $24.31.
I went online for reviews only to find others who had unfavorable experiences with this company. Unbeknownst to me, the company is in China, the billing is from the UK. Hopefully, this will be a warning to others to check the company for reviews 'before' purchasing. Lesson learned.

I saw the product from a Facebook ad. It was supposed to ship out in 3 days. I ordered a decorative tissue box cover, but the seller appears to offer many other products. A week after I ordered, the order status still showed as "being prepared". The the following day, the status was "delivered", but nothing was delivered. I had attempted to contact the seller multiple times out of concern of timeliness - there was no phone number available, and I kept getting a runaround through emails and chat bots.
