I purchased a MacBook Pro from a company on TikTok called ARENEWED. I paid $500 for a MacBook that only worked six weeks. I attempted to contact the company about the defective product and they blocked me. I took the Apple MacBook Pro to Apple. Apple advised me that the MacBook was poorly refurbished and I would have to replace the computer and the monitor, so I basically needed a whole new laptop.
