Caller says I owe money from a hospital stay, but I took out a personal loan to pay all of those bills off, have my paper work and paper from the hospital showing I do not have a balance. Not to mention if I owe a bill to the hospital they have my address and I did receive bills after the hospital stay and they were all payed off. With ARC calling and not mailing anything to me, and saying I owe money now after almost 3 years....I am thinking SCAM!!
