On July 18, 2023 I placed two orders at Arbsbi.com (the website) for el dollar vaslue of 145 which I charged to my Capital one mastercard. Everything was nice until I paid in full on August 9. the total of the chatged to capital one mastercard. after tose crooks were secured that my payment was made, the ceased to exist as a website vendor. That is why I make responsible to Capital One Mastercard for they know the way those scammers make their fraudulent business. I am an American Citizen who was stolen of about 205 dollars by those crookked people at those website with the complicity of such credit cards companies that know those thieves national and international because they open account at those gansters. I have not received any product or merchandise ordered. the orders are number 00008500 and 00008537.It is quite possible that the credit card company has the telepone number of tose crooks.it is quite possible tat I close my mastercard account at Capital One. My credit rate is right now 801 points
