I received a letter from ARB Interactive/PCH Digital stating I had won 750,000.00. A Check for 8900.86 was enclosed 'to assist you with out-of-pocket expenses'. Company address is Anchor Realty LLC, 57 Bellefonte Ave, Lock Haven PA. Bank listed on check is BMO Harris Bank, N.A. It says we 'are required by law to pay towards taxes, handling and processing fees.' We are to contact our agent Rick Edwards for further details.

Posted letter from Canada with no return address claiming that I won USD750,000 from ARB Interactive/PCH Digital in a sweepstakes--in spite of the fact that I don't ever bother entering such sweepstakes. There's also a seemingly fake check for $9,800 enclosed payable to me and listing Sioux Valley Energy as the payer with its address of P.O. Box 216 in Colman, SD 57017-0216. The check has a stamped rather than signed signature of Jim Melertla, though that surname is written very sloppily and some of the letters are unclear.
