KRISTOPHER BELNAVIS and David Belnavis were hired to do an appliance repair for one of my properties. I was told the part would cost $112.00 and that it would be ordered and arrive within 3-5 days. I waited a week and no response from these guys. I finally call and texted. When I finally got a response, I was told that the part was on back order only to find our they lied in a further text message that they never actually check the status of the part. I requested a copy of the invoice of the part being ordered from the company they claimed to have ordered, they refused to supply. I requested to be reimbursed my $112.00 and they told me I would only get half back. FOR A PART?? So now I want everyone to know they do bad business and scam people for little money, glad it wasn't more. People need to be aware!!!

I CALLED THE COMPAY TO COME OUT AND FIX A DYER AND THEY CAME OUT AND SAID 434 DOLLARS I SAID NO I HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR HALF PRICE SO THE GUY TOLD MY WIFE YOU OWE ME 95.95 AND THEN MY WIFE SAID NO AND THE GUY SAID I AM NOT LEAVING TELL I GET IT AND HE STAYED IN MY HOUSE AND DID NOT LEAVE MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER WAS THERE SHE CALLED ME AND SAID HE WONT LEAVE SO I CALLED THE COPS MY WIFE GOT SCARED AND PAYED HIM SO HE WOULD LEAVE. THEY ARE JUST QUOTING HIGH PRICES YOU CANT PAY THEN THEY COLLECT THE 95.95TOTAL SCAM DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE

Two seniors go to buy a dishwasher. The Whirlpool I bought was “new” and looked new. Axis Supply would not warranty the product, but as a new Whirlpool machine, it would be covered for 1 year by Whirlpool. He said the machine had been tested and worked. After moving it home, paying $225 for minor repairs (broken connector on the bottom of the machine) and installation, the machine is not going ti work. It displays 2 error codes. Major issue. It obviously was never tested. This was a total scam. Axis does not answer the phone, reply to messages, text messages, or email. I’m a senior who lives on Social Security. I’m broken by this loss. I needed a new dishwasher because my husband is ill, git dizzy, fell on my dishwasher door and broke it. It’s now $500 I’ve spent. We need a new machine and install and Axis got rid of a broken machine by lying to me.
