Appliance repair called, gave zip code another answered give zip code. provide type of appliance to be repaired and they set a repair man out the next day. upon looking at the appliance and taking a photo of the serial number and part codes he indicate that it would take one two day s to get the part. Paid with check which was cashed the next day and the the wait. called is number, Carlos, at 214 881 9833. He answered and said he was waiting for the part. More calls and then he said he had a family emergency. Never heard from him again and his phone mail box is full.
