I have no connection with this bank at all!
I received a Letter from Centennial Bank saying there was a notice of a data breach, letter dated April 19, 2024. In letter it says to enroll in credit and identity monitoring, gives activation code, enrollment date, and service term!
I went online typed in Centennial Bank and saw that there was a scam going on and that’s why I am filling this form out.
