My American Express corporate card became compromised last year. Apollo made 3 charges, and would not refund me despite reaching out. I contacted American Express, and they also did nothing. Then the charges stopped. Then, this past April, they started again. I reached out to Apollo who kept telling me to login to cancel my account. I have no login though. I have gone back and forth with them via their support email and asked several times for them to cancel my account for me, these charges are not authorized. They refused. I contacted AMEX again, and AMEX is handling the fraud charges. I had to also completely change my card # which is a hassle. My latest email from Apollo support says I have used MAJORITY of my plan...how? I have never used this, never logged in.

I paid a one-time fee to try Apollo for $99. on 03/30. I was then charged without authorization an additional $320 plus an attempt of $5,000. All attempts to contact and dispute charges have gone unanswered or replied back to emails. I have canceled my CC and contacted Fraud Alert.
