Received a Medical bill from APOGEE Physicions of New York. It was for visits that I never had. Never even heard of this place. It read the visit was on 10/10/19 but the billing date was for 2/6/20 and arrived via mail 2/15/20 and was DUE UPON RECEIPT. Since I only pay small co-pays the amount was suspicous. I did reverse phone and address, a suspicous page popped up with very little info of the place and its not even in my State. Also, the address to send payment to, APOGEE Phisicans of New York, PO Box 708728 Sandy, UT 84070-8728 was different than the return address and in different States; PO Box 1259 Dept #102002 Oaks, PA 19456. When I went to check it out online my Norton popped up with "SCAM ALERT" and I left the page immediately. Then I checked it out with the ScamPulse.com and no such place could be found. I plan on checking all our Credit Reports and with our Insurance company. I will keep it in my files and make no other inquires (call or email) with this place. I am on high alert now and will be checking with all my finances.
