I was trying to find more information about an apartment that I've seen on Instagram. In the description it said the only way to contact them was through whatsapp. I messaged them on whatsapp stating that I was interested in one of their apartments they posted. They told me I needed to fill out an application and also pay an application fee which was $350. It will be refundable if I don't want the apartment. I filled out everything and paid the fee. They sent emails of my receipt that also says refundable. Few weeks later I texted them to see if it was still available and they said someone else rented the appartment. They asked if I wanted another place or refund. I asked for a refund and they agreed to send it. I haven't heard from them since. I emailed and texted them many times no response.
