Purchased two sets of lights from the scammer. Using Visa ending in ****. Shipment was late and customer service responded with cut and pasted content about delays at the post office. They offered a partial refund and said that the items should be received later in January. After requesting a refund the stopped responding to emails. Total purchase was 75.88
