Ordered an electric bike from AOPPUY but received wrong item and no refund
Order No. ******** Placed on Jul 13,2023
This was for the following:
Sale 7539 1 Best Value Electric Bike
- Built For Safe Riding
Color: Orange
Type: Upgraded Version
Accessories: Fast Charge
$58.98
SKU: F4HW10000007
I followed the tracking and it said it was delivered. I never received anything and the company said it was delivered. In later emails they admitted that they delivered the wrong item, 3D Polarized Sunglasses. They said for me to find the package and then they’ll deliver the correct item. I told them I never received anything in my mailbox and none of my neighbors saw it either. I requested a refund since they never delivered the item. The company offered me a 20% refund; then a 30% refund; and finally a 40% which they recommended me to take the 40%. I lost $68.00 in total.
Really? I explained again that I’m not paying for something that was never shipped.
The invoice also had the Amazon logo at the top. So I ”chatted” with Amazon to see if AOPPUY is a subsidiary of Amazon. They said that aoppuy is a fake company to scam people. Aoppuy also used the COSTCO logo. I found them on the website aoppuy.com and their support email is [email protected].
