This website came up on a Google search for sneakers. I purchased using a credit card and received a confirmation email with an email address to use for issues. The email address, [email protected], bounces back. I tried calling the phone number on the website multiple times but it is not connecting to a company. I filed a complaint with the credit card company who reached out to Ann J Apparel and received a response. When emailing back Ann J Apparel will not reply to me. They did provide a tracking number using 17track.net. The tracking number shows a delivery was made but no package showed up at my door and no address to where it was delivered is available.
