Angel Paws Fund appears to be run by Christian Lucero. He is posting on social media, including TikTok and Facebook pretending to need money for an injured animal’s surgery. A reverse google image search of the injured animal revealed the imagery was stolen from a real person’s social media accounts, posted in 2022.
