Andrea Pixio Hernandez is scamming us out of almost $6,000 stating she was a travel agent with Audley Travel and was booking a trip to Italy for us. She was still in contact with us, but will not send us any confirmation or booking numbers. I have found her address in Switzerland is Sankt Persgatan 53, 602 40 Norrkoping, Sweden apartment number 1703. I have reported her with the FTC, FBI and local police. Do not trust her.

It's absolutely despicable that she's scammed so many people. Thank you all for reporting this. Your reports have saved others from being taken advantaged of.

What we know is that she lives in Sweden and she is registered on the address you provided (S:t Persgatan 53 | lgh 1703 | 602 40 Norrköping). However, it seems like she's living somewhere else in the country. If she permanently lives somewhere else than on the registered address in Norrköping, it's a crime that the police will investigate. If you (everyone getting scammed) would report this to the police together with the theft you have experienced, the police will most likely open up a larger case.

Andrea Hernandez claimed to be a Travel Agent for Audley Travel, lives in Sweden, works remotely, blah blah blah. She wants payments through Apple Pay to book a group for a bachelor/bachelorette party in Cabo. Here we are one week before the trip and we do have a reservation but we can't tell if she paid it off. This agent can no longer be reached. We are attempting to get in touch with Audley Travel in the UK.

If you haven't already please file a police report, the more people that report her the more the police/FBI will place importance on this to arrest her for scamming people.

Andrea Hernandez claimed to be a Travel Agent for Audley Travel and was assisting my cousin to book a Round Trip Flight. My cousin sent $3,000 via Zelle/Cashapp as requested and my cousin did arrive to her California Destination but has not received a confirmation on her Return ticket. Andrea continues to delay the process of sending an itinerary, booking confirmation or Flight information. After several failed attempts at receiving information, I contacted the Agency she works for and no such person is listed as an employee. I contacted the Airlines who confirmed there are no bookings in my cousins name. The Agent, Andrea now refuses to send booking information or process a refund.
