Saw add in Instagram for Ancestral gum. Hoping to buy some natural gum. Payed through Shop.com with my PayPal account. Received email that item was purchased and a few days later a tracking number. 1 week later I inquired about my product as they said they were an American based company but noticed on tracking info they were shipping items and had to go through customs. Tracking also showed a Chinese location at one point. I reached out to main email address and reca reply from someone named Jesse Chan who said it would be delivered. Another week and a half and I reach out. Then 3 weeks and I ask for a refund and no reply. I contacted PayPal to put in a ticket for them to handle this for a refund. The website is a total scam. Please do not use it. They also use the email [email protected] so be careful of that as well.
