Type of a scam Online Purchase

I bought and paid for 2 - small 20pc electronics packages of Amazon Return Items listed as "2 - 20pc Small, Electronics Mystery Box" and 1 - 35pc electronics package of Amazon Return Items listed as "35pc Medium Sized, Electronics Mystery Box", from the Tik Tok Shop. Was told delivery would be by December 22, 2024 in time for Christmas. Received 2 emails about from them. 1 was confirmation of my order nd the 2nd dated just mere hours after the other email as "your order has been shipped." They also had links listed as "visit our store" "track packages" and a links to one or 2 email addresses in case notification to them was needed.

Not one of the links to any of these items worked. I emailed all the addresses listed between the 2 invoices and got "mailer demon failure" notices on everyone. Once I did get the right address to track my packages, the tracking listed them as bad tracking numbers stating "no such number found".

In going back to Tik Tok, it is a logistical nightmare to finally get back to the store front, now not even being able to find a link to order more product, if I wanted too and no way to contact anyone one or the company itself. I reported all this to Tik Tok nd now I am here after looking on line for reviews of this place, which is all you can find online about them.
