I was attempting to purchase license plates from the Ohio DMV, did not realize that this company was "not affiliated" until I was asked certain questions (they wanted a subscription?? HUH??)... it was as if they had hijacked the DMV website to me.

I have had other vendors (ex: The Illuminating Co here in Cleveland) outsource their bill collecting, so I did not expect to see a subscription application... very misleading to me...
