My vehicle was repossessed on Saturday 8/15/26 at 2:59 a.m. My vehicle was not coded in the system as being repossessed until Tuesday 8/18/26. Upon trying to retrieve my vehicle, I called the 800 number 800-301-5010. Where I was advised to press one if I was calling regarding a repossession. I pressed one and was told I needed to go online and schedule an appointment to retrieve my vehicle. The tow company is only open 3 to 4 days a week and only offer availability between 10 AM and 11:15 AM to pick up your vehicle Monday through Thursday. It doesn’t matter what day you pick those are the hours available. It’s no way they are repossessing vehicles and you are able to pick up your vehicle 24/7. I paid on Monday to have my car released and it is Thursday and I still don’t have a car.
