There were/are sponsored ads running on Meta products (facebook and instgram) claiming to be Americana Pipedream Apperal. Once you clicked on the ad the website looked completely like Americana Pipedream Apperal's website, except toe the web address. At the time i didn't notice it, and made my purchase. I went back to the site a little later and then noticed the web address was different. The website was/is www.dominory.com. They have since completely changed their website to look entirely different. Looking on different forum websites (mostly Reddit) I found hundreds of other people that also fell for this scam. The website dominory.com gave me a fake tracking number and I'm assuming its a fake tracking number website that shows that my package was delivered and i never received anything. All the others on the forum websites have had the same experience. There have also been many attempts to contact Meta to get these scam ads taken down, including by the real business Americana Pipedream Apperal, but Meta refuses to take down the ads.
