Caller representing American Power and Gas stated that they just wanted to verify our penelec rate change in a way that indicated that the company I work for was already receiving electric power for American Power and Gas when I stated we were not making any changes to our electric service at this time. They persisted in trying to get a copy of our electric bill while they were on the line. When i declined to do so stating that I, myself, did not have authority to make any changes to the business utilities the AP&G caller stated that they already had all of that information anyway and proceeded to attempt to get me to agree to a review of "our new rate for electricity" VERY aggressive and misleading.
